"I gave him cheese and he still wouldn't have sex with me!"
Welcome to Project: Gorgon!
Project: Gorgon is a 3D fantasy MMORPG (massively-multiplayer online role-playing game) that features an immersive experience that allows the player to forge their own path through exploration and discovery. We won't be guiding you through a world on rails, and as a result there are many hidden secrets awaiting discovery. Project: Gorgon also features an ambitious skill based leveling system that bucks the current trend of pre-determined classes, thus allowing the player to combine skills in order to create a truly unique playing experience.
The Project: Gorgon development team is led by industry veteran Eric Heimburg. Eric has over a decade of experience working as a Senior and Lead Engineer, Developer, Designer and Producer on successful games such as Asheron’s Call 1 and 2, Star Trek Online and other successful Massively Multiplayer Online Games.
Elves are frank and honest about their sexuality, and in-game humans behave much as you do: with disgust. So it sounds like you should play a human and not an elf. In any case I'm certainly not toning anything down about their (honestly extremely tame) dialog. So you can deal or not, it's up to you. End of discussion.
so I don't have to read the text from 33% of the races in game? I think you are mistaken.
Also, you're wrong - I'm self employed, my clients have to earn favor with me to even get me to work for them.
As far as the boomer meme goes, it's simply referencing people who prefer how things used to be. I doubt you're 70 years old? You don't seem to have a problem with it either, you seem pretty zoomer right now. Relax, it's a meme.
Why did I mention Micro-transactions? It's all the same really.
If I can add literally any crap into a game and have my players defend it vehemently, you can be sure I'll be adding micro transactions in too. Or maybe a $500 pre release horse pack in this games case.
Different people like different things. Many people may not enjoy all parts of the game. For others, this might not be the game they've been looking for. Either way, we try to stay friendly and welcoming - because that is what kind of game we want to be.
[Edit: I didn't realize Citan had already responded. I'm going to go ahead and close this thread now.]
