Project: Gorgon is a 3D fantasy MMORPG (massively-multiplayer online role-playing game) that features an immersive experience that allows the player to forge their own path through exploration and discovery. The Project: Gorgon development team is led by industry veteran Eric Heimburg. Eric has over a decade of experience working as a Senior and Lead Engineer, Developer, Designer and Producer on successful games such as Asheron’s Call 1 and 2, Star Trek Online and other successful Massively Multiplayer Online Games.
Haven't played those 2 skills on a single character, but I think when in wolf form you have a problem with weapons allowing necro, but not anything that counts as armor so rings, helms, coats and necklaces with the necro gem will work. The Gift of Lycans ring might be a decent choice for your necro gem. You can raise a number of undead followers/pets. Haven't played necro since the recent necro buff update, but it kind of sounds like you might be able to use the skills to match the playstyle you want.
In wolf form, necklaces, rings, and some offhand items remain active, along with gear bonuses explicitly tailored to Beast Mode or Lycanthropy. For a Skelemancer-style build, Necromancy paired with Psychology or Bard works well to maximize undead support while keeping yourself safe.
