Project: Gorgon is a 3D fantasy MMORPG (massively-multiplayer online role-playing game) that features an immersive experience that allows the player to forge their own path through exploration and discovery. We won't be guiding you through a world on rails, and as a result there are many hidden secrets awaiting discovery. Project: Gorgon also features an ambitious skill based leveling system that bucks the current trend of pre-determined classes, thus allowing the player to combine skills in order to create a truly unique playing experience.
The Project: Gorgon development team is led by industry veteran Eric Heimburg. Eric has over a decade of experience working as a Senior and Lead Engineer, Developer, Designer and Producer on successful games such as Asheron’s Call 1 and 2, Star Trek Online and other successful Massively Multiplayer Online Games.
When a target says it is vulnerable, how long do you have to use a skill that takes advantage of it? Also, can you use more than one skill or does the first one remove the vulnerability flag when it applies the extra damage?
You can definitely get in one attack before using a second that takes advantage. You might be able to get in two attacks and then strike at the third, but I'm not sure.
However, I can tell you that the first attack will not remove the vulnerability flag. It only disappears after the allotted time (whatever that is, exactly).
I personally like to take advantage of vulnerability, but I also imagine it depends on the player.
Some attacks, especially with mods, will do a lot more damage to a vulnerable target. Those are certainly useful and many people will take that into account. A lot of mobs are vulnerable at the start of the fight, and you toss that attack at them.
Vulnerability lasts 5 seconds. That length was chosen so that even if your reflexes are pretty sluggish, you can probably get in one attack before it ends. If you have good reflexes, you can reliably get two attacks in. (And you can sometimes get three attacks in, but not reliably.)
