Myself Im in Aussie Old Farts, we are apparently a large guild, we do have members in US, EU and Australian time zones, I am in Sydney Australia. I can say we have at least 10 players during US peak hours and maybe 3-4 during Aussie peak hours.

Rowen Trading is another large guild, I havent seen as much people from Asheron's Legacy but they are also very active.

ADDIT I think most people in game are older gamers, working professionals etc. We get it, IRL responsibilities comes first
