Hey I have the skill unlocked that allows you to write things but how does one actually write notes or books for other players to read?

I think it works like inscription on any item. You take your Blank Book and your ink (the item bench should tell you what kind you need), you go to the calligraphy item table in one of the buildings and use the book as the item you would like to inscribe. There is one of those tables in Serbule keep and in Rahu.
