Main character never loads, but others load into game.

Hello!

I have a resolved issue and I wanted to share.

I have a main character and 3 others that I play. In the last day the game loads, I log in, select the main character, but the logon screen never finishes. The red bar fills, tooltips present and the after a few minutes I am kicked out to the main character select screen. Again, all other characters load, run just fine.

Reboot, ran updates, but there were none and I made sure my steam client was up to date, I ran integrity check and everything came back fine. Still, the main character never loads.

I had to delete the client and re-download. Something must have been hung up as I could then play the main character again. I also noticed the Load Assets countdown was back on the screen too. I was not sure if anyone else was having this problem.

If the problem was fixed this morning after about 9:30am EDT, the problem was probably not on your end, but due to the server. I rebooted the server at around 9:30am because some users were stuck in a weird state and one of the dungeon areas was broken. (I'm investigating the cause of the bug for the next update.) I forgot to update the news page, sorry!

oh yeah! he was logged off last in a dungeon in Serbule.
