Project: Gorgon is a 3D fantasy MMORPG (massively-multiplayer online role-playing game) that features an immersive experience that allows the player to forge their own path through exploration and discovery. We won't be guiding you through a world on rails, and as a result there are many hidden secrets awaiting discovery. Project: Gorgon also features an ambitious skill based leveling system that bucks the current trend of pre-determined classes, thus allowing the player to combine skills in order to create a truly unique playing experience.
The Project: Gorgon development team is led by industry veteran Eric Heimburg. Eric has over a decade of experience working as a Senior and Lead Engineer, Developer, Designer and Producer on successful games such as Asheron’s Call 1 and 2, Star Trek Online and other successful Massively Multiplayer Online Games.
I started playing PG a couple months ago and I'm really enjoying the game so far.
The focus on exploration and discovery is what drew me into this game.
With that being said, I still think its useful for players to have "class" guides or combat skill guides for group play later in the game. Ie Suggestions on how to be a tank, healer, support, etc.
I can't speak for every gamer, but when I first start a new game I look to the wiki's for information on how to play, and I think that collecting play guides or a collection of links to guides on these forums, would help people looking for information on how to play effectively in a group setting.
Being new to the game, I don't know what guides exist right now or how people feel about adding these guides to the wiki. I got Nepe's permission to add their healing guide to the wiki and below is the link comparisons.
