Is anyone else having a problem getting into the game? I click Log In and after a few minutes, I get this message, "Status: Not Connected To Server - Last Error: A connection attempt failed because the connection party did not properly respond after a period of time or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond"

The login server is no longer reachable on the internet. We've contacted the networking provider, who is looking into the problem. I don't know what the problem is, but usually this sort of thing hasn't taken long to address, so hopefully we'll be back in a few!

We are now back online! (We had a hardware failure and the hard-drives had to be moved to a replacement machine.)
