Hey Melinani! I have seen tubas drop from Manticores in the desert as well as inside the lvl 60 dungeon Labyrinth. I'm sure there's someone out there who has an extra!

You can very occasionally find musical instruments in a vendor's Used tab (e.g. Marna, Joeh, Yetta), but that obviously depends on another player finding and selling the instrument first, so it's probably far easier to just ask around and see if anyone has a spare tuba as Hood suggested.

I don't know if you found one, but if you didn't, some of the player vendors in Serbule Keep have instruments. I found a tuba earlier today and a replacement hand drum (I'd given my old one away).
