The message says it's up. I decided to re-download the game after uninstalling earlier this week. It just immediately says it's done and there is nothing in the folder. So I'm guessing I'll just have to wait till tomorrow for servers to really be up?

No, they're up, actually. I'd do a computer search for the .exe and launch from there.
