Just dropping a line while I wait impatiently for the game to DL & introducing myself to the world.
Brief history, played AC from 2k till '05, WoW from '05 till '08. Went back and Revisited DDO for a period of time (Turbine & their game release timing was terrible). Needless to say I have not had an online community in quite some time.
2 days ago I went to look up AC only to find out about the retirement. This left me feeling nostalgic and searching for an alternative, which has led me here.
I have taken the time to watch a few video's on 'tube and can say this is only game that I have truly been excited to experience in quite some time.
For the Devs, while not required, software beta test history includes D2, AC2, & DDO. I will be playing on a non conventional set-up, a Samsung Galaxy TabPro S win10 tablet.
