My friend cannot log into his account period, forums/game.

He hasn't played in several years and wanted me to post the following message on the forums, maybe someone has had the same issue or an admin will read it.

"Hi, I'm having an issue reactivating my account. I am unable to log in to both the forums and the game.

When I select Forgot Username and type in the correct email I receive the error "Reminder Failed: User Not Found"
When I select Forgot Password and type in the correct email I receive the error "Reset Password Failed: Invalid Email Address"
When I go to create an account using the same email address I'm given the error "Registration Failed: The Email Address 'X' is already in use!" - As to verify that I am indeed using the correct email.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!"

Yeah, it was done before this was posted. Just covering my bases and seeing if anyone else has had the issue trying to play a character that hasn't been logged into for a long time.
