Would you like to see a patron/vassal system? Is it possible?
Welcome to Project: Gorgon!
Project: Gorgon is a 3D fantasy MMORPG (massively-multiplayer online role-playing game) that features an immersive experience that allows the player to forge their own path through exploration and discovery. We won't be guiding you through a world on rails, and as a result there are many hidden secrets awaiting discovery. Project: Gorgon also features an ambitious skill based leveling system that bucks the current trend of pre-determined classes, thus allowing the player to combine skills in order to create a truly unique playing experience.
The Project: Gorgon development team is led by industry veteran Eric Heimburg. Eric has over a decade of experience working as a Senior and Lead Engineer, Developer, Designer and Producer on successful games such as Asheron’s Call 1 and 2, Star Trek Online and other successful Massively Multiplayer Online Games.
Well it was a fun mechanic until everyone just started botting and multiboxing for the perks in AC.
There is a system in PG for players to remain loyal to their guilds in general by offering bonuses for logging in during guild quests, and additional storage options.
Oh damn that's right, I forgot about the abuse of the system. It probably could however be updated and fixed, but the current guild model is great! I just miss having a patron haha!
yeah i liked that in AC. I joined AC right at the beginning and although I dropped out after a few years (due to the subscription mechanic of if you don't play your wasting your money) my m8 who headed the guild (Tokugawa) on Frostfell played for years and years and never mentioned an abuse mechanic in AC. Having said that, I like to play PG solo (got a wife and kids and can no longer commit to being somewhere on time in game anymore) but I was wondering are there any benefits of being in a guild for a solo player

You will get guild points just for logging in while your guild completes "guild quests". These are spent on important skills like "Guild Resurrection", "Recall Guild Home", etc. and will generate passive income for your characters if you turn the points into giant coin sacks. You will also have access to additional storage in Serbule, Kur, Rahu, and Casino zones. There is no real downside to joining a guild in PG...
