Welcome to Project: Gorgon!

Project: Gorgon is a 3D fantasy MMORPG (massively-multiplayer online role-playing game) that features an immersive experience that allows the player to forge their own path through exploration and discovery. We won't be guiding you through a world on rails, and as a result there are many hidden secrets awaiting discovery. Project: Gorgon also features an ambitious skill based leveling system that bucks the current trend of pre-determined classes, thus allowing the player to combine skills in order to create a truly unique playing experience.

The Project: Gorgon development team is led by industry veteran Eric Heimburg. Eric has over a decade of experience working as a Senior and Lead Engineer, Developer, Designer and Producer on successful games such as Asheron’s Call 1 and 2, Star Trek Online and other successful Massively Multiplayer Online Games.

You start on the island, which is part demo, and part a teaching experience to give you some skills and learn combat. From there you will head to one of two zones:

-Serbule Hills, an area of farms that is slowly being taken over by the ranalon and goblins. Lots of areas to explore and progress.

-Serbule: The main town for now, with bank, market and a lot of npc's trainers and quests in one place. Serbule has several dungeons attached to it.

Around level 30 in skills you might head to Eltibule, although there is challenging content still in Serb and Serb Hills.

As to the difficulting of figuring this out.....well, asking in chat would have gotten you the same answer

Much more friendly community. And a lot of people are in the help channel who will answer questions. Sometimes people will say "see the wiki", but mainly for more complex questions where the wiki might have charts or walk throughs already in it. You get to the wiki from chat, just type /wiki subject.

There is a fairly dedicated core group of players, and many volunteer guides. Don't hesitate to ask questions. The help channel is best since they won't get lost amid general chat.
