Welcome to Project: Gorgon!

Project: Gorgon is a 3D fantasy MMORPG (massively-multiplayer online role-playing game) that features an immersive experience that allows the player to forge their own path through exploration and discovery. We won't be guiding you through a world on rails, and as a result there are many hidden secrets awaiting discovery. Project: Gorgon also features an ambitious skill based leveling system that bucks the current trend of pre-determined classes, thus allowing the player to combine skills in order to create a truly unique playing experience.

The Project: Gorgon development team is led by industry veteran Eric Heimburg. Eric has over a decade of experience working as a Senior and Lead Engineer, Developer, Designer and Producer on successful games such as Asheron’s Call 1 and 2, Star Trek Online and other successful Massively Multiplayer Online Games.

    Custom Music?

Hello, new player here, and I apologize if this has been brought up before or is already on the planned feature list.

So I sort of assumed for a game with this level of customization, the ability to use custom soundtracks during a musical performance would be an existing feature, and it was a small surprise to see it’s not currently available. So may I make the suggestion that we add more customization to music performance? It needs not be something fancy like what FFXIV does (though, if possible, it would be gorgeous!), and we can even have skills like composition to support it. (And maybe also replace bard gardening requirement with the new skill(s)? It would seem more intuitive to me.)

This way bands and performance events would make more sense, and one may even be able to make a living barding in a tavern. Though apparently only one bard is needed in an establishment, so we can even have bard duels! The possibilities are endless :P

While a nice idea, it is just a nice to have bit of edge fluff that might appeal to a small minority of players, it should be way down the priority of nice to have's after release, after all races are in and after there is multiple zones per level to give players a choice where to level new skills depending on dominant resistances of mobs in a zone. ie I am dreading trying to level Ice Magic in cold zones where mass mobs are resistant to cold.
