I wondered if when this is launched fully, and there is both the standard b2p and then the subscriber option, if there will be an item, like the Krono is EQ2, that allows players to buy an item worth 1 month of subscriber from the website and get an in game trade-able item they can sell for councils?
my understanding from the dev chat/forums posting etc is that VIP will get "VIP credits" which can buy things ingame but they will be items that nonVIPs can also get with additional work.
to keep away from the p2w issues my guess is these will be cosmetic items, think purple firewall, that can be purchased with "VIP credits".
