Welcome to Project: Gorgon!

Project: Gorgon is a 3D fantasy MMORPG (massively-multiplayer online role-playing game) that features an immersive experience that allows the player to forge their own path through exploration and discovery. We won't be guiding you through a world on rails, and as a result there are many hidden secrets awaiting discovery. Project: Gorgon also features an ambitious skill based leveling system that bucks the current trend of pre-determined classes, thus allowing the player to combine skills in order to create a truly unique playing experience.

The Project: Gorgon development team is led by industry veteran Eric Heimburg. Eric has over a decade of experience working as a Senior and Lead Engineer, Developer, Designer and Producer on successful games such as Asheron’s Call 1 and 2, Star Trek Online and other successful Massively Multiplayer Online Games.

    Raksasha shapeshifter?

It said in their home dimension they could shapeshift but not anymore. Would that make it a good idea do a shapeshifter/druid/lycan on them? I was gonna do that with Fae whenever the heck that comes out.
Let's get one thing straight, I'm not.

Well, there is nothign stopping you. So far, ability to shapeshift is just a bit lore flavor for rakkies, and have no impact on gameplay at all. I also neevr heard about any plans to make this aprticualr aspect of they lore to have any significance.

So yeh, you can become druid/lycan, or both if you want.

The current rakkies are very domesticated and none are even 10 feet tall (except Pask) who can't seem to shape shift. Should new world rakkies even share the name at that point? I don't know if the shape shifting and height thing is related to powers being revoked by a god or lack of god, or a just different dimensions different rules type of thing, but most animal forms are thought of as curses, and generally hard mode for PG.

The races that are not in game yet will all require an unlock because its going to be harder for one reason or another.

Because druid/lycan are permanent, and if know you are eager to try out Fae when it comes out-- I'd say go for some of the curses, and test them out. But with lycan, which is often thought of as the most pesky, I always recommend that you look into some skill-combos that dont need hands in case you dont feel like using the skills during the full moon.

I really like that idea. There is so much RP flavor you can go with that. You can work the old school Raksasha "pure blood" or revival of times past angle. As far as the skills meshing together, I have no idea. But then again, the game is mainly PVE so does it really matter? I have Lycan leveled to 70 but I also play a lot in humanoid form. I like the skill a lot, wiki page has a whole list of NPCs and what they will buy
