What can i do Im essentially crippled and I cant progress in sigil crafting

i found that if you give him favor stuff the number goes down and its not that high

You are actually -1.5k with him. If you reach the end of that 10 mil bar you will move from despised to hated - at which point you will need to go through hated, disliked tolerated neutral etc.
