Project: Gorgon is a 3D fantasy MMORPG (massively-multiplayer online role-playing game) that features an immersive experience that allows the player to forge their own path through exploration and discovery. We won't be guiding you through a world on rails, and as a result there are many hidden secrets awaiting discovery. Project: Gorgon also features an ambitious skill based leveling system that bucks the current trend of pre-determined classes, thus allowing the player to combine skills in order to create a truly unique playing experience.
The Project: Gorgon development team is led by industry veteran Eric Heimburg. Eric has over a decade of experience working as a Senior and Lead Engineer, Developer, Designer and Producer on successful games such as Asherons Call 1 and 2, Star Trek Online and other successful Massively Multiplayer Online Games.
Now some feedback of the new Mine.
Not too hard. Good mob disperse. Lots of nodes. Good survival unless they gather all around you and the guards start arrow grubbing you all together.
Bug: many inmates / guards turn invisible.
Some suggestions:
Consider reducing the level requirement for the nodes, or add some more lower tier nodes.
Consider adding a real (cave) mine in the area.
Add a pick to use for the animation of the ore excavation.
Add nodes that give ore
Add a way to turn the ore into ingots.
As the game has no weight limit, the ore should stalk up to a small number & you should turn the ore to ingots to stalk to higher numbers.
Also a far-fetched suggestion. When you do a Surveying a node should be spawned in the specified location. All could see it and collect it.
I haven't seen the new mine, but I've had similar thoughts about mining; it seems weirdly absent at lower levels making it hard to make the jumps. Surveying and Gathering hasn't been so hard, comparatively.
