Project: Gorgon is a 3D fantasy MMORPG (massively-multiplayer online role-playing game) that features an immersive experience that allows the player to forge their own path through exploration and discovery. We won't be guiding you through a world on rails, and as a result there are many hidden secrets awaiting discovery. Project: Gorgon also features an ambitious skill based leveling system that bucks the current trend of pre-determined classes, thus allowing the player to combine skills in order to create a truly unique playing experience.
The Project: Gorgon development team is led by industry veteran Eric Heimburg. Eric has over a decade of experience working as a Senior and Lead Engineer, Developer, Designer and Producer on successful games such as Asheron’s Call 1 and 2, Star Trek Online and other successful Massively Multiplayer Online Games.
I think that means that if you use your clever trick ability your pet will do a slash attack that also causes the enemy to be unable to move from there current location for a fixed amount of time. Similar to using a pin attack with staff or some ice attacks in ice magic or battle Chemistry.

Hmm It doesn't seem to do that., it doesn't appear to do that. To root the enemy means to drive them out I think. But dunno what it means here. It doesn't seem to do that, either.
I don't think I understand the two pictures side by side either. Does that mean you have to use sick'em and then clever trick? or what?
The extra sic 'em icon is a bug in the UI. It should root them in place; if it doesn't please bug it! (I'm not sure if it's been reported yet or not, haven't gotten to those bugs recently, but will soon.)

Thanks. I will test it some more to see what is what.
I don't think root is suppose to affect the the mob's ability to turn. It only keeps them from moving from that spot. Your pet attacking has to be in melee range so it is likely the mob can aggro on them and turn to fight them. Players when rooted can turn.
