Project: Gorgon is a 3D fantasy MMORPG (massively-multiplayer online role-playing game) that features an immersive experience that allows the player to forge their own path through exploration and discovery. We won't be guiding you through a world on rails, and as a result there are many hidden secrets awaiting discovery. Project: Gorgon also features an ambitious skill based leveling system that bucks the current trend of pre-determined classes, thus allowing the player to combine skills in order to create a truly unique playing experience.
The Project: Gorgon development team is led by industry veteran Eric Heimburg. Eric has over a decade of experience working as a Senior and Lead Engineer, Developer, Designer and Producer on successful games such as Asheron’s Call 1 and 2, Star Trek Online and other successful Massively Multiplayer Online Games.
Received my steam key via email for purchasing a package from Gorgon store awhile back. Do I have to use it now or can i wait til after the early steam beta is over?
Not particularly fond or in a hurry to install steam on my system. Had it on another puter and had problems with it. If I have to guess i will but really wish could continue logging in way we can now instead of thru steam.

It looks an account will still work with the alpha launcher even after it's been connected to a Steam account. I purchased a Steam copy for my mule account, and I am currently able to log in on that account both with Steam and with the alpha launcher.
So, I'd suggest getting Steam set up now just in case you run into any problems with Steam, and once you know it's working, you can keep using the alpha launcher until it breaks. I should probably do the same with my main account - I just haven't been anxious to deal with Steam either.
@Strider I don't know that Steam keys expire, but someone might steal it before you get to use it. The alpha client will expire soonish, so you'd have to also not be playing and hope you don't lose your key.
