anatomy and autopsy kits

is there a level limit for each kind of autopsy kit? Does the autopsy kit stop at level 12 or 15 and the forensic inspection kit goes from level 15 to some level.

My anatomy on monsters isnt increasing anymore, seems the only way i get get anatomy is if i kill something with a blue crown over its head and get a quest to kill 10 of them, when i kill the last one, i finally get some anatomy from that kind of monster.

You have to start killing higher level mobs of that anatomy type. You've "leveled out" for that particular mob.
