Vegetarian Wait Time

What is the exact wait time from when you start eating only vegetarian foods until you get the vegetarian title. I thought I saw it on wiki for 21 days but it was probably shortened.

My cow character has gourmand level 36 and cant get it higher because he is vegetarian and I want to go meat eating so he could raise gourmand higher and then go back to vegetarian.

I guess I will be answering the question myself, I lost my vegetarian title and increased gourmand from level 36 to 50 and I am now eating just vegetarian again. I will calculate the time it takes to get the title again.

I am answering this myself. It was about 14 days from the time I started eating vegetarian again until I got the vegetarian title again.
