Target Frame UI suggestion

Please make the target frame display the current targets debuffs and buffs with time remaining. It is nice to know when your debuffs are going to fall off the enemy so you can reply them. Its also nice to know which of your teammates mutations are going to expire so you can reapply them.

Being able to see this kind of basic information would be tremendously helpful. I'd also like to see what players are using for buffs sometimes to see if there is anything I can work towards to improve my own character.
