I think it would be cool to add a chicken pox disease. It makes you say cluck while you're talking. Also it gives you red bumps that make people unwilling to sleep with you. You get the disease from killing chickens owned by someone. Not all owned chickens will give chicken pox but some farmers will hire a wizard to curse their chickens protecting them from hungry adventurers
