so far all I have Received a free horse mount

I Have tried messaging Them I've not heard anything yet but has anyone else run in to this problem? or know what more I could do THANKS!

Please be sure to include your account name and the character name, the one that redeemed the code in game.

And not to sure what to do I have talked to some one on the forum but still not sure didn't get pair of breeding tigers of high genetic quality, a second free horse for breeding, along with basic Animal Husbandry skill, special Saddlebags for extra storage capacity, a free horse mount with basic Riding skill and not sure about my 12 months VIP membership for purchasing I put in the code at the golem in surbule but it said was already used :( I really don't know what to do but get a refund if they cant fix

I'm sorry you're having trouble, I'm not sure what's wrong, whether you were given a bad code or what. But please use the email support@projectgorgon.com, because we can't help you with this on the public forum. We have to ask questions that use private information, and we have to give you a new secret code, so we obviously can't post that here. Please use the email, that's the only way we can help you.
