Ran through a wall in the brain bug dungeon and die from impact falling off the edge of the world.
I was walking in on a log in kur and stepped off and instantly died from impact drop. I literally stepped off and couldn't move then about 4 seconds later I fell over dead :)
The funniest thing I've seen in game is Daniel Murderdark's skeleton, that guy is hilarious. :D
The thing that I've done, that seems the funniest to me, is I got all excited that I thought I found a camp fire in Kur Mountains, but turned out to be fire sheep.

The skellie NPC in Rahu (totally agree with ShieldBreaker, his dialogues are to die for tehe), the nice folks of Amulna during a sand storm and probably above all, the old tutorial cave newbies "Moo am I a Moo??!Mo cow??! HELP!!!". I was so sad when Maronesa was moved:( Honorable mention - some mobs dialogues "I died as I lived...passionately" or "Sorry, I'm supposed to kill you" and the goblin cards.
The first time I saw Ursula, I had just made it to Serbule and discovered a pretty big band playing, and someone pointed out that you can buy lutes from Marna, so I immediately did so and joined in. We were gathered in a ring around the well, and one guy was standing on top of the well.
Apparently, he had Ursula's curse because Ursula popped up on top of the well, and then immediately began spinning in circles and spamming chat with all her different aggro lines because she couldn't figure out who to aggro. I think it was like 30 seconds before she finally figured out who to attack.
I've never seen her do it since, which is a shame because it was hilarious.
