Gorgon Package - Horseback Explorer II

I just ordered the Horseback Explorer II package thinking it also included access to the game, is this not the case? I have the key download in the gorgon shop but that key is the one I redeem in game not a steam key.

The Gorgon shop packages are separate from the game. You redeem the package in game at a golem in Serbule keep I believe.
