It sounds like a temporary server or connection issue. We have the server and subservers set-up in a way to minimize those experiences and in most cases they should self resolve in several minutes. If the issue is more long term or reoccurring then, by all means, please let us know.
People were being booted for about 45 mins, and then mobs froze for longer, to the point, I stopped playing about 40 mins ago.. people were still struggling to get in, being booted, and frozen mobs.
PS just logged in to see - Rum the guide said they had to restart the server..
