Bought the game: Can't create an account or sync with my old account
Hello guys,
like the title says, i bought the game but can't play it.
1. I start the game and the launcher appears.
2. After that i click on the "Log in" button.
3. Then two new buttons appear "I'm a Brand New Player" and "Use Existing Alpha Account".
Additionally a Status appears on the bottom of the windows "Status: This Steam account is not associated with any Project Gorgon account".
4. If i click on the button "I'm a Brand New Player" and click "Creake a New Account !" after that, nothing happens.
The screen stays the same, no new buttons appear or whatever.
5. The same happens when i click "Use Existing Alpha Account" and enter my Alpha Account Data.
A new button "Snyc My Accounts!" appears but after clicking it, nothing happens.
Thats really frustrating, because i really loved the game back in Alpha and wanted to enjoy it again.
Another weird thing is, that i couldn't log into the Forum with my Steam Account.
It didn't worked.
I had to create a new forum account.
I really hope that someone can help me.

Update: Found a note from one of the developers in one of the steam discussions.

For new players:
Send an e-mail to
support@projectgorgon.com containing the following information - Your SteamID64 and your active Steam username. If you have multiple steam names, please use the one that is actively showing in the upper right corner of your Steam client.
For returning players trying to reclaim an alpha game account:
Send an e-mail to
support@projectgorgon.com containing the following information - Your SteamID64 and your Gorgon alpha account username. For identification purposes, it is best to submit the e-mail from the address that is tied to the alpha account. If that is not possible, then at least mention that address in your request.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will try to get you online as quickly as we can.
And after checking it is mentioned above the update notes in the launcher too.
Would be good to know something like this before you buy a game.
