No big as long as it helps the playerbases growth this was worth the investment of time wasted even if it didn't profit me directly

Special thanks to BetaNotice for the list of foods for cooking I got all the other odds and ends with mycology, ice conjuring and cheese making then numberd them and then reorganized them in chronological order also tried tagging BetaNotice in the thread -_- it told me no and put yaffy up there lol sorry yaffy XD


Minor edit: Maybe in a year considering how dam long this took I might take all the mats required for each item and add them together to give you a estimate of how much veggies shrooms milk and ect you will need to do a power level through but to be honest thats a .5% chance unless I was paid a few millions ingame which I probably still would't cuz of my laziness, I already wasted/invested enough time in this guide to make me sick of making guides

Well guess this will be my last contribution I am severing this game from my life I already am enjoying neverwinter and with the constant bullcrap that has happend to me within the past 4 months I have come to the realization even if I change my ingame habits which I was planning to it is meaningless for a variety of reasons I am done I am having more fun in neverwinter anyways might come back when weapon smithing comes out but this forced vacation has made me realize this sh** aint worth it, I don't even know if this game is going to get done either way it can make it or break it without me its sad I wanted to stay to the end but this is perma it, I am fading for at least a year from this game I have left alot of good marks with the guides I have made and posted for power leveling crap and got them to add details to when you get punished in the loading screen prior stuff happened and apparently that wasn't a thing so in the end I have left a decent mark, this game is deader then fk to me right now seeya next year I am not even showing up on holidays or to login so I don't get kicked from my guild I have dropped this portion of my life


These are the only positives I see I have done for the game posting guides and and helping new players or just people in general on whim when I get bored which happens alot and finally the way they go into detail on punishments which in my opinion these 3 things make it so I don't feel so bad quitting halfway

What is that supposed to mean? Were folks being a jerk to you, or are you suggesting you got in trouble for being a jerk to others?

He means well at least on one level but runs his mouth often and gets in trouble for it. In the past I think he has gotten in trouble for discussing a ban and knowing how he behaves it likely happened again.

It does seem slightly ridiculous to me not be able to talk about why you got banned. By that I don't mean talking about details but more of an incredibly simple one sentence answer.

Why did you get banned?

I said the wrong thing.
I did an exploit thing.
I was making money by using PG ideas/logos.
I did something in the game that was illegal.


Not being able to say why you got banned just makes it sound like persecution. Imagine for example if you went to jail and were not allowed to discuss why you were in jail or were going to face more jail time.


I am not saying the user in question is innocent. I know he misbehaves from time to time - but keeping it a secret seems like a bad idea.

This thread is months old and probably worthy of a lock by it going off the rails.

I do want to add that I think its naive to think the type of player who was banned for behavior would have the self-control to give a ~5 word short sentence to explain what happened. I think its more likely that they would rant on an off-topic thread, and on reddit, and on a description of a youtube video. These examples I gave actually all happened with one person.


The rule they have is strict, but I believe its enforcement -- so far -- has not been. It should be a fairly private matter, and bringing it up publically to an audience IMO is generally a method to create sympathy, or get a mob to change the devs opinions. Games have been sunk by exploits and games have been sunk by the appearance of exploits, even when the effect was minimal. I think the devs are aware of this and they dont want to give an inch.
