I mistakenly posted something in the wrong thread and can't delete it, lol. I might as well edit this to include my 2c.
I only notice wrong-skills on yellows. For yellows, it usually comes in 1 skill I'm using + endurance. But I don't know if thats because endurance items have increased rarity. I think the skill issues that I've seen just have 1 skill off instead of 2 skills off.
Zone wise, this was seen in GK vs elites. I have not noticed this issue vs solo monsters.
