How does one get black dye I read on wiki it comes from something on halloween but how do i get it
From what i know it was reward given to players durning Halloween event few years back. Currently cant be obtained(to my knowledge) unless you can find any of this old-timers and convice them give/sell some to you (if they even have any). So yeh - you can pretty much forget about getting it.
It's reserved for live events. We're slowly gearing up for doing more live events in the future, but since none are being run right now, it can't be obtained.
