Question Vera's House location Please

Does anybody know where Vera's house is located? Trying to do 'the lost spade' Quest and the only house I find northeast is the one with lots of deadly spiders inside.

It has been a long time since I've been there, but it sounds like the right place to me.

There should be a box to search at the correct place. And I seem to remember having to go through spiders to get it.
