Ice Magic and Battle Chemistry has been treating me alright.
You get two roots,Tundra Spikes puts in a lot of work there off the stun. With the Acid Bomb in BC and Tundra Spikes Armor goes pretty fast too.

Then i'm using cold damage potions and that tailoring enchance damage to cold recipe on Spring Fairy gear just to try to get a little more damage in on Gazlak stuff,I imagine hunting panthers you'd do just fine.

Part of the plot is you can use cold resistance and Iron skin buffs to offset the tube top and lack of pants out there.Just make sure you take a lot of lantern oil and make a fire every now and again if you have to.

If Meditation recipe #64 (https://forum.projectgorgon.com/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=64) or #65 (https://forum.projectgorgon.com/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=65) are used at the pillar near the dungeon in north east Serbule along with some beast forms.

I swear the combos just get more and more unusable as they gain levels x-x

I use Barrage plus gloves with the area bonus.

I use a fire /bc AOE spec that can take out 10+ panthers in two shots.
Golem is in auto-heal cast.
Fire + BC speed buffs allow for an easy collection /round-up of the mobs

With winter gear & the cold buff from fire (+ spells used) I am also immune to the Kur cold

Also, used an Archery /bard or druid AOE build that works just as well in terms of damage, but not cold resistance

As usual, the mods in use control the effectiveness of the build

FM/BC is my answer to everything, but I've worked ice and staff out there as well.
