After the new GUI addition--umplayable

Unfortunately, either the game (and my computer) freezes up and I need to do a hard reboot to restart--task manager shows me at 100% memory use and 100% disk use--or I crash out of the game. I've been playtesting for 2 years now and it's disappointing that I seem to not be able to play/test anymore. I hope that Citan figures it out. Love the game.

How much total RAM do you have?

Did you try the things in https://forum.projectgorgon.com/showthread.php?136-Project-Gorgon-Support-Troubleshooting-Read-First!

I'm playing on a laptop with a 1.7Ghz i7 duo with an onboard Intel Graphics HD 5000 and 8GB of RAM from four years ago. Not exactly a heavy hitter! So it's probably just a spurious setting in the files.

The Mac bug earlier this year totally blocked me from playing except when I could get to the big VR PC.

This is the exact same issue I have been having.

I'm using a HP laptop ADM A8-6410 APU with ADM Radeon R5 graphics 2.00 GHz 6.00 GB RAM (4.94 useable RAM)

Prior to this last patch the game ran perfect. Never cashed and zero lag.
