Where do I download the new UI?

Hi i am pretty new to Project Gorgon, so I do not know if this is a dumb question or not. I joined pretty recently and was just reading through some forums to learn more about the game when i saw a new UI which looks so much better then the one I have. Then i read the patchnotes and I saw its already online, but mine for some reason still hasnt updated. :(
How do i download it?

Be sure to read the warnings in the post, so you know what you are getting into. Or you could just wait for the new UI to be become the standard download.

I tried adding -fileversion 289g a quite bit ago but it just seems to reinstal the whole game with same UI. Guess I will have to wait. :P
