With Galzuk keep do people solo this at all?

Several people are able to solo in GK, but it definitely requires very good gear. Some mini bosses there have been soloed as well.

Still in Kur there is Yeti Cave and Wolf Cave, if you haven't already done those. Before Galzuk Keep, you could try Labyrinth in Ilmari, Winter Nexus in Sun Vale and all of the caves in Galzuk. There are going to be 2 more dungeons in Rahu at some point in the future which would be ones for before Galzuk Keep as well.
