View Full Version : Can't register an account to play the game.

I registered and played about a year ago and clicked the link to have my username/passwords sent to me, as I forgot them, and it said my email wasn't recognized. So I tried to create a new account which went through successfully but I never received the verification email. I came back and tried to register again and it then told me that I was blocked and to contact an administrator if I felt this was in error. Why would I be blocked from registering or playing the game?

No worries, though. I'm sure Silvonis or srand will be able to help you get things sorted soon...or you can re-register like this user did. I know I didn't provide you with much direct help, but at least you've gotten some kind of reply to your question :)

You can't keep registering just because you don't get the activation email. Once you register, your username and email is in the system. It won't allow you to try and register again. You need to use the 'forgot password' function which should send you an email and once you've followed those instructions, you should be all set. If not, you can email support@projectgorgon.com from the email that is associated with the account.

I had problem with the "forgot password" method. I used it and received a new password via email fine, but when I tried using it to log in I couldn't. So I asked for a new one again and this time i used the link to change password immediately and once I set password with my own (had to enter one I was sent to do it) then I was able to log in.
