so i have PG running on linux. but im experiencing really low frames even on low settings. i know lower performance can be expected when gaming on linux my setup generally gets adequate FPS on other more demanding games in wine/POL. i have a AMD setup and im on lubuntu 16.04. currently using the new AMDGPU pro driver. anyone also running AMD have any tips?

r9 290 4gb gpu
8GB ram

Are you using the Linux Launcher or through wine?

using linux launcher. i tried the new amdgpu pro driver and got horrid performance. i then switched to the open source driver from padoka ppa and i get windows like performance. problem solved!
