Anyone know where this Altar is (for Wolf hunting speed boost)?

From Serbule, go north to Eltibule, and then south to Kur Mountains. Once in this cold landscape, head to the northern beach where you will find a portal to a cave. The altar is at the entrance inside.

On your way to Kur ask in global and someone is usually available to help run you to the cave from the entrance to Kur.
