Beverage/Alcohol Connoisseur Skill
Basically like the Gourmand Skill but for booze or just drinks.
Not thinking Alcohol should have a level to require drinking, but more for a way to keep track of what you have had in booze. It be really cool if it was extended in such a way that it actually told you who the brewmaster was, the year it came from, and the skill level of the brewmaster. Maybe just a top ten and worst ten brews. Something like: The May 2017 (convert to game years) ShieldBreaker Basic Lager / most horrible drink ever, did they even remember to add any lager ingredients besides water. Also The June 2019 (convert to game years) ShieldBreaker Pale Ale, a delightful simple ale with just the right hint of apple. These examples show the starting levels example to the future examples when made with very high skill. Might make more sense with wine but why not do it for all brews.
Basically thinking the skill should list a total of all the kinds of alcohol consumed, this would also help you spot items you haven't tried. And it should list at least how many different brewmasters you have tried. Then if it could go into more specifics, about years, and brewmasters, and reactions, i think it would be interesting and fun to have.
