Unable to Download Update?

After the 4\1 client update the launcher seems to be broken for me. It goes through the process of "discovering files to download" ok, then it gets to "downloading 339 file in 1913Mb". As far as I can tell it just sits at 0% at that point.

EDIT: It's at 2% now. So it is moving just very, very slow. At this rate it will take hours to finish.
