I am not sure what's going on there, but it certainly does not look like that on the majority of systems. I use Chrome and I have tested it on multiple computers with the major 3 browsers prior to release and if it looked anything like that - I wouldn't have went forward with it.

Figured it out, it's my proxy settings. I'll try to fix it myself, sorry for the false alarm.
