How do damage mods effect necromancy minions?

Hello,
I'm aware that some mods indicate "skeleton minions deal +# direct damage," but I'm curious if other direct damage mods also affect them. For example, I have a ring that adds a fixed amount of direct damage, but I'm unsure if it's beneficial to wear since it doesn't specify that it impacts necromancy minions, unlike some other mods.

Do percentage boosts to necromancy damage apply to minions as well as abilities?

Mods must explicitly state that they increase minion damage (like “skeleton minions deal +X damage”) to affect minions. Mods that increase general damage or % necromancy damage do not affect minions unless explicitly stated.
