Game Crashing

Since yesterday, every time I try a portal or platform, the game crashes. All of my characters are stuck in Serbule. I tried to delete and reinstall, but I don't think it worked. When I logged back on, my username was still there

If you have a crash log email it to support@projectgorgon.com. There's few people having your problem so I'm sure it will be fixed.

I've never heard of a crash log. Is it stored in computer or hand written?
