Gorgon Shop question

I recently purchased a package on the Gorgon Shop (the $50 package) and applied it on my first character; however, I noticed I don't get a horse on any of my alts.

Is this intentional?

That is how it worked for me, and I think that is how it was intended to work. Most things so far, are redeemed only once per account, like that. Unless, we are told otherwise, probably safe to assume it was as planned.

You need to make sure you have one open stable slot on the character before the horse redeem option will show up in the /redeem window.

EDIT: I realized I was answering incorrectly. Shield answered correctly. The redeem is for one character only.
