Silly Cosmetic Request - be a bird everywhere

This is silly, cosmetic, and not important to probably anyone except me ... I would love to be able to stay in bird form even while indoors, with flight removed same as fae and butterflies. I just really enjoy being a little bird. :>

I don't really care about being a bird inside, but it doesn't really make sense that you can't. I imagine it's a hold over from when you used to be able to fly in dungeons
