I made a Crafting Caravan Companion - I'm not super adept at google sheets/spreadsheets generally, but I parsed the JSON to load most of the info with some edits and then did some queries from there. It provides an items list and some other features.
It's similar to Banos' guide that RT has floating around somewhere, but I added a tab "buy this stuff from NPCS right before each cycle" and "pre-craft this". It does not currently let you control how many times you do a given quest which Banos' does, but lets you set that per skill tree. Its not hard to change it to per quest, but I like this approach - you can skip quests entirely if you want though.

I would LOVE some feedback on usability/intuitiveness!
Note: I realized I need to factor in chance to consume - anything that has a chance to consume an item currently assumes its used up. Cheese and toolcrafting have known bugs from this - will try and fix for next caravan
