should be made easier to acquire. theres hardly anybody in that dungeon anymore.

If you are trying to acquire the skill with a group doing that dungeon, you'd need several people in the 20-30 range I'd think. That's actually much tougher than asking for help in chat and seeing if a higher level character will help out. I've run over a dozen people through the dungeon, at very low level, so they could start out at necro. Many folks will help you out.
